The philosophy of MaryShop.com is to provide a worry-free online shopping experience for every customer, which is why we try to make order tracking as easy as possible.
Please allow one business day for tracking information to be updated. Orders placed after shipping cut-off time on Friday (or on the weekend) will be updated on Monday.
If available, your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you once your package is sent out for delivery.
You can track your order 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Simply copy your tracking number into www.google.com . It will automatically bring up the carrier's tracking for your package.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We strive to get orders to our customers as quickly as possible, and we will do whatever possible to ensure a safe, speedy delivery.
Please note that we usually package our products within 24 hours of orders received during business hours. During busy times of the year it may take up to 3 days for product to ship.
To ensure your peace of mind after you place your order, all items are fully insured until delivered!
MaryShop.com is focused on pleasing every customer, so we will attempt to notify you if there are any unforseen delays with your order.
Delays rarely occur. If a mistake on our part results in a shipping delay, we will gladly refund you the shipping cost. If a shipping delay occurs due to a mistake made by the shipping company, however, you should deal directly with the shipping company to request a refund.
Please note that we may elect to use a different shipping method if we feel it is a better fit or is necessary to ship your order properly.
Orders shipped via our standard shipping options, including USPS First Class and UPS Ground, do not require a signature unless the order total is more than $300. Every order with express delivery requires a signature at the time of delivery, regardless of order total.
Shipping to an Alternative Address
If you will not be home to sign for your order, MaryShop can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, when you order merchandise at $200.00 or more to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financial company has this alternate shipping address on file. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address.
