For most products we also offer faster shipping methods including 2-4 day priority shipping and overnight godspeed shipping. All orders shipped through our godspeed option get free tracking. Rest assured with your order because MaryShop guarantees a safe arrival, or we will send a free replacement. Most items leave our warehouse within 24 hours.

Does MaryShop ship outside the United States?

Absolutely! MaryShop ships to almost every country in the world through airmail. The transit time is generally from 5 to 11 days. Standard international shipping rates apply.

How do I make a return?

Making a return for store credit, exchange or refund is easy! To return a product within 30 days of purchase please call us or use our customer service contact form to request a return authorization form. You will then send the order back to us and we will process your return promptly.

Can I return an item that has been engraved?

If there is a problem with the engraving, i.e. there is a spelling mistake, you can return it. If not the item is non-refundable.
