Lifetime Guarantee

MaryShop.com sells only high-quality religious items, so we are proud to offer a lifetime guarantee on every product.

If an item breaks due to faulty materials or bad workmanship, simply send it back for an exchange or store credit. This guarantee applies to products purchased from 10/01/08 onward.

Shipping

 At MaryShop.com we strive to provide fast, affordable shipping to our customers.

Our most affordable option for orders within the United States is Standard Shipping, which is free for orders over $50. The shipping time will be calculated when you check out, but it usually takes about 5 to 11 days. We typically use USPS First Class or UPS Ground for this option.

MaryShop.com also offers faster shipping options such as Priority and Express. We primarily use USPS or UPS, depending on the type of product ordered. Express orders for in-stock items, if placed before 3 PM EST (Monday through Thursday), will ship within 3 days.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from MaryShop.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

MaryShop.com welcomes international orders. Shipping time generally varies from 6 to 13 days.

Please also note that only one discount or coupon can be used per order; they cannot be combined.

Shipping to an Alternative Address
 
If you will not be home to sign for your order, MaryShop can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination.  As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, when you order merchandise at $200.00 or more to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financial company has this alternate shipping address on file.  To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address.
 

30-Day Return Policy

Our 30-Day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. You can return any non 14K Gold without personalization in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or exchange. It's that simple.


Our Return Process

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days.

Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department.  Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Personalized items, 14K Gold items, and closeout products may not be returned. Please note that non-defective returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping and gift wrapping will not be refunded and you will be responsible for our actual outbound shipping and handling charges-even if your order qualified for free shipping.

Returns without a MaryShop.com return authorization form, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be subject to restocking fees of 20%.  Media Items such as books, DVDs, CDs and videos must be in unopened packages.

 

How To Prepare A Return
To return a item to MaryShop.com, follow our simple process:

  1. YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE
    Contact us via email at returns@maryshop.com (click here) and you will be emailed a Return Authorization Form Please be sure to include your original order number. Fill out the form completely. Forms not filled out will result in a delay of the return process. We will respond to your returns request via email within 2 business days.
  2. Package Your Return. Include the completed Return Authorization Form, all original packaging and any certificates of Authenticity. Returns made without the Return Authorization Form could be delayed and will be subject to a 20% return and restocking fee. 
  3. Insure Your Package. . Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.*
*MaryShop will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

We must receive your returned items within 30 days of the original shipping date. We issue refunds in the form of payment used to make original purchase.  If we receive your item after 30 days of the date of shipping, a refund will not be issued.
 
 
Gift Returns
If you receive a gift purchased from MaryShop.com, you may return the gift and a credit will be issued to the original purchaser’s account. Your item must be eligible for return and must be initiated and received back in our warehouse within the timeframe stated in our Standard Return Policy.
 
Gift recipients may only initiate a return if their name appears on the shipping address of the order. If your name is not listed on the order, then we recommend contacting the gift giver so they may initiate the return. All refunds will be issued to the original purchaser’s account in the original form of payment.

We regret that we are unable to issue any kind of refund or credit to a gift recipient. In the event that an item arrives damaged or is defective, we will be happy to send you a replacement if the item is still available.

 Pricing Errors
 

 Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our website may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our published price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
