I received today the pearl rosary that I recently ordered.  I had spent a lot of time contacting our nearest Catholic shop, searching the many companies on the web.  When I found this rosary on your web site, I contacted your customer service.   I wanted more description of the rosary and one of your very friendly and helpful customer reps was most accommodating.  She made the contacts to get answers to my questions and called me back in a very short time.   So, with her help I was confident that I could place the order and avoid making a return.

The rosary is beautiful and exactly what I want.  Thank you for the excellant customer service and prompt delivery.
